ЗАКОН ЗА ВЪЗСТАНОВЯВАНЕ СОБСТВЕНОСТТА ВЪРХУ КОНФИСКУВАНИТЕ С УКАЗ № 88 НА ПРЕЗИДИУМА НА НС ОТ 1953 Г. (НЕОБНАРОДВАН) НЕДВИЖИМИ И ДВИЖИМИ ИМОТИ, ПРИНАДЛЕЖАЩИ НА КАТОЛИЧЕСКАТА ЧЕРКВА В ПРЕДЕЛИТЕ НА НАРОДНА РЕПУБЛИКА БЪЛГАРИЯ
Чл. 1. Възстановява се собствеността върху конфискуваните с Указ № 88 на Президиума на Народното събрание от 12 март 1953 г. недвижими и движими имоти на Католическата църква, които са собственост на държавата, общините, обществените организации или на техни фирми или на еднолични дружества по чл. 61 от Търговския закон и съществуват реално до размерите, в които са конфискувани.
Чл. 2. Когато не са налице условията за възстановяване правото на собственост по чл. 1, Католическата църква се обезщетява по ред и условия, определени от Министерския съвет.
Чл. 3. Сключените наемни договори за недвижимите имоти по чл. 1 се обявяват за сключени без определен срок.
Чл. 4. (1) Католическата църква не може да иска пропуснати ползи и добиви от имотите по чл. 1.
(2) Необходимите разноски за имотите, направени от наемателите - физически лица, се дължат по общия ред.
Преходни разпоредби
§ 1. Имотите по чл. 1, които се използват за социални и здравни нужди, запазват предназначението си за срок от една година от влизане на закона в сила.
Заключителни разпоредби
§ 2. Изпълнението на закона се възлага на Министерския съвет.

LAW OF RESTORATION OF THE OWNERSHIP OF REAL ESTATE AND MOVABLE PROPERTY CONFISCATED THROUGH DECREE NO. 88/1953 OF THE PRESIDIUM OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IN THE NATIONAL REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA
Art. 1. The Catholic Church is restored its ownership of real estate and movable property confiscated through decree no. 88 of March 12th 1953 of the Presidium of the National Assembly which is property of the state, municipalities, public organizations or their firms or of one-man companies according to Art. 61 of the Commercial Law and are actually existent to the size in which they were confiscated.
Art. 2. When the conditions for title restoration under Art. 1 are not satisfied, the Catholic Church receives compensation through procedures specified by the Council of Ministers.
Art. 3. The rent contracts concluded in relation to the estate referred to in Art. 1 are pronounced permanent.
Art. 4. (1) The Catholic Church does not have the right to claim missed benefits production from the estate referred to in Art. 1.
(2) The expenses due for the estate which have been incurred by the tenants – physical persons are due according to the common procedures.
Transitional provisions
§ 1. The pieces of estate under Art. 1which are used for social and healthcare purposes retain their function for one year as of the passing of the present Act.
Concluding provisions
§ 2. The application of the present Act is entrusted to the Council of Ministers.

Legge sulla restituzione beni immobili espropriati dallo Stato con decreto n. 88 del 1953. Restituzione delle proprietà appartenenti alla Chiesa cattolica nel territorio della Repubblica di Bulgaria , riformata con G. U. 24 feb 1992
Art. 1. Le proprietà, i beni mobili e immobili, già appartenenti alla Chiesa cattolica, espropriate con decreto n. 88 del 12 marzo 1953 e divenuti di proprietà dello Stato, dei Comuni, di associazioni di comuni, dei loro enti e delle associazioni di cui all’art. 61 della Legge commerciale vengono restituiti nella dimensione nella quale erano prima di essere espropriati.
Art. 2. Quando non ci sono le condizioni per procedere alla restituzione secondo quanto previsto dall’art. 1 la Chiesa cattolica è risarcita alle condizioni decise dal Consiglio dei Ministri .
Art. 3. I contratti di affitto conclusi in relazione ai beni di cui all’art 1 vengono risolti senza un termine definito.
Art. 4.
1. La Chiesa cattolica non ha diritto a esigere i mancati profitti in relazione ai beni di cui all’art. 1.
2. Le spese sostenute dai locatori o dalle persone fisiche verranno restituite con le procedure ordinarie.
