Art. 196. (1) The military servicemen shall be able to profess religious beliefs and to perform religious ceremonies out of the regions of the military units and sites.
(2) The military servicemen shall not be able to refuse performance of their official duties due to religious motives or to exercise religious or atheistic propaganda when fulfilling official duties.
(3) The establishing of religious associations in the military units and sites shall not be admitted.

2. c. Non possono rifiutarsi di svolgere il loro lavoro per motivi o cause religiose o fare propaganda religiosa o ateistica durante il loro lavoro
3. c. Non possono costituire associazioni religiose sul posti lavoro.
